These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Fleetnest Logistics LLC’s website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Program 

Fleetnest Logistics SMS Notifications

1. Fleetnest Logistics LLC uses SMS to communicate account updates, verification codes, carrier packet status updates, dispatch notifications, appointment reminders, and (if opted in) promotional offers related to our truck dispatching services.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to our toll-free number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@fleetnestlogistic.com or +1 (866) 896-6661.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 1–8 messages per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Services Provided

Fleetnest Logistics LLC offers professional truck dispatching services to carriers and owner-operators, including:
– Carrier setup guidance
– Load searching and booking
– Broker-carrier communication management
– Rate confirmation processing
– Documentation support and daily load tracking

We do not act as a freight broker or motor carrier.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Hold a valid MC Authority
– Provide accurate and complete documentation (e.g., W9, Certificate of Insurance, MC Certificate)
– Agree to and sign our Dispatch Service Agreement and General Power of Attorney

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
– Provide accurate and up-to-date information
– Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
– Use our services for lawful purposes only

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, unless otherwise required by law.

7. California Consumer Notice
